The HXGR3-module board S30810-K2943-Z is the VoIP-Gateway-module board (VoIP - Voice or IP), which enables the function of the HG1500 in the HiPath 3500 and HiPath 3300:
- Connection of local LANs to the HiPath 3000 and connectable with external LANsvia the ISDN- and DSL-interface of the HiPath 3000
- Supports the classic functions of ISDN- and DSL-routers with the additional function of a media-gateway for the transmission of voice, fax, and data.
- Forwarding of conversations between IP-supported networks (LAN, Intranet, Internet) and circuit-switch networks (ISDN, PSTN)
- The module board includes 2 B-channels
- B-channel extensions and Comscendo IP workpoint licenses deliverable upon request
